Blender keyframes wont delete

When I try to delete or move keyframes they wont delete. They also wont deselect.

They are having an effect on the motion of my character
How do I delete them?

Those “orange bullits”, are grouped markers.
The dopesheet shows only selected bones.
Try to select all ‘a’ keyboard-key.
Then specific animation key can be seen and deleted.

Keyframing, inc. deleting in the Blender Manual

They will not delete when I select them all, only when I delete every last keyframe in the entire animation all at once.

I managed to fix my problem with the motion of my character. I had selected the wrong bone. I still can’t delete the frames but they are not the problem.

The frames are under the saved action. I think this means they only pointing out that there are key frames on some bone(or many) on that specific frame in the action. Am I right?

Edit:
I think its also a glitch because when I set everything back to normal they still remain.

Yes, I was trying to explain, but I had the same problem recently.
This animation work process and screens I find difficult to grasp. Even more the NLA editor.

In the time line I click on the relevant dot, selecting it, and right click, delete keyframe. Takes out that one.
