Beveled base

Not that creative again, sorry … I always get doubtful when I see tutorials and lectures where they start “tweaking” small parts by scaling slightly and/or adding a few more loops (where in my case I believed no additional loops were required) … Always makes me doubt, when I am diverging from the lecture or tutorial, if I am being sloppy, or my design just allowed for “better/more accurate curvature” with fewer loops. And the other way around, if I have to add more loops, I start thinking that I must have “done something wrong”. I know there’s no right and wrong, and I must learn to look and see what is good, what is not, and what is the effect of each change that I make … I hope this pawn base looks OK.
