The display is actually made of array of cubes representing pixels and textured using a circle selection in edit mode.
Note: Very good monitor if you consider buying a budget one

Oh so you did nor make enough cubes to recreate the full pixels then! 
Actually I did, I tested it using a cube with scale of 0.1 and array of 1920 then applied the array and then another array this time 1080 to the top, but my 16gb of computer ram got filled and everything was so slow so I couldnt actually render the scene leading to deleting the project but if you want I can do it again, It actually wasnt that slow but whenever you switched between edit mode and object mode by pressing TAB it just took 5 minutes
