This is my initial shocked reaction at the start of the video. I didn’t watch the video before hand but I saw the thumbnails in the comments so that’s where I got the scaling idea before watching the video. I would’ve not thought to do that on my own. Thanks for sharing. I also didn’t understand that I was supposed to just work on the shocked expression so I ended up animating the entire sequence. I’m unsure how future lectures will cover it. It’s pretty basic so idk if I have a lot of thoughts on this.
This was after watching the video, I learned about the maintain volume constraint. I think it adds a lot to the eyes. Making it stretched really accentuates it because it has some sort of form over everything else.
