@Rick_Davidson I noticed some Synty prefab material assets which were not available in the version I downloaded from Udemy, marked as “for students”. Could you please update the assets available on Udemy?
Hi there, can you be more specific for me? I’m not sure which material assets you are referring to. It may have been something that I modified myself. Did you download Synty assets from Udemy, or from Unity?
Hi @Rick_Davidson! I got the free assets from Udemy.
Some of the assets which were marked “For Students” (in a directory in your Unity Engine explorer as I saw from the lecture) were either not present in the version I downloaded from Udemy or had the same material as other assets (the polygon material assets for Red material were copies of the Green one).
Though it’s always better to get my own assets, I was delighted to receive the freebie ones, so I was hoping to check if it’s a problem with my assets or with Unity 2018.3’s importer.
If you need it, I’ll update the exact asset names, paths, and URLs from my work computer.
