Not much to add to the conversation here, but just wanted to say hi, and I think the course is great so far! I’m an experienced PHP and Javascript coder and I’ve always wanted to get into desktop development, and this combines my love of coding with my love of gaming!
As for the lesson, I can say that I agree 100%, “magic numbers” (or hardcoding values in general) is usually not a good idea
