I’m using GIMP 2.10. And I had a funny experience. I created the RED layer and GREEN Layer with no problems. Then the blue one came out as black. RGB 0,0,255 but black! And also the combination of the three layer went wrong. Because of the black (Blue) layer.
Then I tried RGB 0,0,254 and no problem 
Based on the information provided before the challenge, I had no idea how to solve the challenge. I didn’t want to google it either because I thought that would defeat the purpose. I eventually gave up and just watched the solution.
