I instinctively went for the local Y axis first and then the local X axis so i had no issues reaching the stated values.
I did however play and noticed if i had done the local X axis first then the local Y it changes all the values of the rotation.

I am still not sure what led me to Y first though.

Y first then X ,Z didn’t change at all, XYZ seemed too simple

I did Y and then X first. It was very easy.
Then I tried doing X first. When I increased Y the X went down and the Z went up. It was not as simple and I had to move Z back to zero.
