I spent an hour an half on this :frowning: Animation is hard, especially when you can’t draw haha. Anyway, here’s my door:

My take at a fire animation

I chose to combine pose to pose and straight ahead.

For pose to pose I chose a falling water balloon (which is close enough to a bouncing ball, I reckon), and I also added some squash and stretch to it. For straight ahead I, of course, chose splashing water.
I’m happy with the result (I had forgotten to add a background to each layer group, so that sure was a nuiscance, lol).

I exported one with the “merge” solution, and the other by using “grayscale” as a mode:
