Again, I’m trying to use my neon color set. And I thought about “The pen is mightier than the sword”.
But then, what kind of defense could I have? So I created an eraser.

Some good items with some interesting effects above.
I went for the shield first with a modern/futuristic steel style. I enjoyed using the pencil and bucket tools in tandem. I’m glad I learned the keyboard shortcuts for them!

Next was the offensive weapon. After a modern-ish shield, I needed a modern-ish gun and settled on a small one to fit it into the frame.

Finally, the flag. I liked the pale blues I used earlier and went for a gold to contrast with them. The bucket helped fill the page so much quicker.

I made the flag of Wales, a curved axe thingy, a golden shield, and a mask for it.

For the flag I’m mostly just screwing around with colors from the palettes lesson.

A lance \o/. I actually kinda like how it turned out. Decided to go at it without using black outlines (in the final image. I’m still using black outlines at first to get a general shape, but then replaced it with colors)

A golden shield… kinda eh about the result, but I had fun trying to give the golden part a metallic look

Ok, gotta admit, I just thought the moon was cool and wanted to do one too, whoops.

The flag from my beloved Mexico

Since I’ve been playing some God of War I have axes in my mind

I didn’t really put that much effort for the shield though, it looks like another flag haha

Finally, the mask was applied to the axe, and then just filled it in with some airbrushing to try to achieve what I was looking for the axe.
