I had the idea of doing a bouncing eye, and I was left with a couple of empty frames at the end after the eye was out of the layer, so it gave me the idea to make some kind of eyelids, I like the result! It actually has 25 frames now though, here’s some exports with different frame rates:

25 frames @ 50ms/frame :

Bouncing_Eye_50ms

25 frames @ 100ms/frame :

Bouncing_Eye_100ms

25 frames @ 200ms/frame :

Not too exciting, but here’s my bouncing ball.

nothing special ball and paddle on ground

Im definately going to have to work at this a lot more. Just wanted to mess with only the ball, but had an idea of 2 ships shooting at each other with the same ball. Didn’t put much time into the art, just wanted to play with animation for the lecture. Thought about putting time into rocking the boats and making waves and moving clouds and all that but figure for now its not important.

I’ve had Flash animation classes so I have some base idea of how to begin a squash and stretch. Very out of practice though

Oh, oops! Accidentally made this one with nine frames instead of ten.

I know. It’s more then 10 frames. BUT it does last 2 seconds and is smooth!
