Base, Pawns, and Bishops with Slot

I used the method from the lecture to create the slot - well approximately at any rate with lots more backing and filling.

I was working on this model today and suddenly thought “Didn’t I go to some trouble to put an apron around my board?” So, I somehow appended the board from the wrong blend file. Here are the board and pieces with the correct board.
