After grouping the Stem and the Base together, now when the Stem is rotated, the base rotates as well.
I dunno if they fix this issue in later lectures, but though I’d ask now as I saw it.

Michael answered this question on the Udemy site. It’s because I’d need a extra bone in order for the stem and base to move separately.
