I think you want the 2D drawing section this is the Blender section.

Proportions, but because it’s a human-like cartoon figure.
Like skinny cartoon-like legs but realistic clothing faces.
For me, personally, there is a mismatch in upper lower body parts.
Still a fine drawing with good shadings.
