Baking the Orc, went wrong - SOLVED

Still, a bit puzzled here, why my NORMAL map baking went wrong.
I thought it has something to do with the Orc scale. But both Orc versions do have scale 1.0.
Then maybe the Normals by themself are inside out, but these are also correct.
Shade smooth is turned on, Ray distance 0.01 ( I have no high shoulder bump).

Solved it!
The high poly Orc object, had the render option switched OFF.
To compare the high low version, both needs to be rendered.
But the high version was switched off.
