Getting pretty lousy bakes. The norms have yellow spots on them, which results in black spots on the arm and hands. The cavity one has big dark spots, especially around the belly.
Any suggestions to improve these?

I would get the Normals baked right first.
There are a few similar questions and answers here already, which you can search the ask section for.
In short it means those yellow areas were not well matched Hp to Lp. The extrusion parameter can be used to help a lot with that.
Always check normals are the right way out too.
