Can someone tell me why My background is not appearing the scene view, thank you.

Hi! The background appears in rendered mode, not in material preview mode. If it is still not visible in rendered mode, you need to make sure that you have linked your selected exr file (background image) as an environment texture instead of an image texture. After that it needs to be visible

Yeah I thought it was something about it not being in the right type of mode I guess lol but I am going to re watch the video and I’m sure I’ll see something I missed lol by thank you very much.

I had the same issue as you. I had to change from orthographic to perspective mode. You can do that by pressing numpad5. Hope it helps!
