B Input is using player start location instead of current pawn location

Hey there. When i follow the instructions and add a ‘get player pawn’ and ‘get actor location’ and plug into B input of Lerp, the crystal moves to the player start location instead of where the ball is currently at. I was hoping somebody could help me figure it out.

Edit: I deleted the player start and dropped the actual BP actor in the scene instead, and the ‘get actor location’ still takes the crystal back to where the pawn started instead of current location.

I added a print string to the ‘get actor location’, and when i move around the ball, the value just stays the same, so i figured its something to do with that. I just dont know how to fix it :confused:

Final Edit: I needed to set the root component of the player pawn to the sphere/ball mesh.
