Tried everything in the previous posts. Still not working. Here is the screenshot of the error I am seeing. I have downloaded the two required extensions and the supported .net 4.7.1.

Have you also seen this thread?
There is a link to a brandnew extension that had been released only a couple of days ago. Maybe you want to test it if you haven’t already.
If the issue persists, consider installing and using Visual Studio.
