It looks like the regulation size for a high school gym is 84 feet x 50 feet. It is likely easier to convert to metric so that would make it approximately 25.6 meters x 15.2 meters. Assuming using a unit size of 1 = 1 meter in Unity, I set the scale with the values :
x = 25.6
y = 0
z = 15.2
But after doing that, I started thinking that maybe I needed some thickness to apply the material and keep from having issues with seeing through the floor. So, just guessing, I made the Y value 0.1
