Hello, I am a game design graduate and I would like to know if I could use all the assets I downloaded from all of GameDev.tv RPG courses from Udemy to use on my portfolio and to upload a free game on itch.io? I know that I could use the scripts, I am asking about the 3d models, animation, and UI elements.

The assets provided were generously donated by vendors to use while taking the course and prototyping your game. To use them to distribute a game, even free on itch.io, they need to be licensed. It’s best to go to the Unity Asset Store and find assets in the free part of the marketplace. To make your game stand out, rather than using the exact same assets, I strongly recommend finding different ones from the ones we’re using in the course. There are thousands of free assets (as well as thousands more paid assets) available in the Asset Store that can make your game stand out.
