Using http://www.chris.com/ASCII/index.php?art=animals/cows and figlet I was able quickly add some ASCII art to my Bulls and Cows implementation.

I like your touch of the ASCII large lettering. Good use! 
I absolutely love it! It is a bit dark that your “You Lose” is more dramatic than your “You Win!”. This makes me love it more!
