Have you already tried to restart Unity and Visual Studio?
If so, what did you do before the error message appeared in your console? Can you undo that?
I edited your title and removed the expletive. Please keep your postings either positive or at least objective. We know that errors can be frustrating but we want to maintain a positive attitude towards them. Problems exist to get solved, not to discourage us from reaching our goals.
