Very nice metaphor for functions! Earlier, I started a JS course and struggled to fully understand functions, lack of a practical, “real life” example… Searched for several explanation on youtube, but didn’t get as close to the point as after your Clean your room story, so thank you Rick!

I have to agree. The ‘clean your room’ metaphor was really the only explanation that made ‘methods’ and ‘functions’ click for me!
