Hey there! How are you? I’m trying to apply transforms but I get this message that doesn’t allows me to do it:
"Cannot apply to a muli user: Object “Cylinder.002”, Mesh “Cylinder.012”, aborting…
It only happens to those objets that I duplicated using Alt+D…
Does anybody has an idea about what could be going on?

Yes that is right.
You can not apply transforms to linked duplicates. They are using the same mesh data.
That make sense!
Any idea how can I unlink the data in order to apply scale transforms?

Select them all. Then Object menu; relations; make single user; object and data.
