Apply Scale of Bone and this happens

Kind of confused, why i did wrong. I applied the Scale of the Bones and my whole Object moves.

Normal behaviour, I think.

Before you connect the bones (armature), do the apply scale first ! Then armature construct.
Otherwise the bone relation kicks in and you get the unexpected result.

Bones work on the mesh data of the object! Not the object
You applied the scale of the Object (into the mesh data). And the bones relate to that new information.
