Any ATLA fans?? I decided to make Appa! It was kind of difficult to make him look realistic because he’s a cartoon character, but I did my best.

Great advantage of imaginary animals is no one can find something not quite right or real with it!
Odd how the overhead view looks like it’s spine and ribs all show. At least the overhead birds know which way it is going with that arrow pointer.

Thank you! I sculpted the body to more or less resemble the shape. Made the horns separately with a curve and then joined the two. Used two different particle systems for the hair. Groomed A LOT. And used vertex painting for the colors on the feet, belly, and face.
