I don’t really like SourceTree so far since you have to create an account on Atlassian and a few other commitments you have to make. I’d perfer to use GitHub desktop since you just to install and hook it up to your github account. I already have a github account so it’s less of a commitment for me. Did anyone try and use github desktop for this project and how did you get it to work? If not, is there any other application you’d recommend? I’m willing to try using git Bash using the command line but it seems a bit complicated to learn.
