Without seeing the configuration, no. Either the input is set incorrectly (old input or ue5 input?) or the issue with the game pad. Try closing and opening the editor.
I’m not sure what the issue was (Sorry forgot to update post) I simply deleted everything I made in this lesson and started again. Works fine now but I’ve no idea what the issue was, I did it all the exact same way twice.
I’ve seen this happen before. Sometimes a restart fixes the issue., sometimes not.
Also, using a game pad you may need to add in a deadzone modifier.
Glad you have it working anyway.

I think you may have used Atan2 in Radians instead of degrees.
