When preforming the animation it will only preform the 2m animation and the model gets shot out from behind at a fast speed. i went back and i cant find anything i did different.

I am not sure what you are saying here as it is not clear. Are you able to record a short video showing the issue and share it here or perhaps a few screenshots.
Almost every issue like this can be explained by a simple thing missing and it may be take some time to track down the issues. I have found myself watching videos 5 to 10 times quite easily before actualky spotting what I missed.
