Animation not animating in sequencer

So this is a weird one. I’m following the tutorial setup and added Wukong mesh into my scene (essentially the same place from the video). I added that mesh into my animation, press the ‘+’, and select the sleepy Wukong. The Emote_Sleepy bar shows up as expected, however when I move the frame bar he doesn’t animate at all. Hitting play also doesn’t animate this at all. The other settings SEEM to be the same as in the video (though I’m obviously missing something). Interestingly, if I click and drag the Emoty_Sleepy bar itself then it animates just fine! I’m in unreal 5.3.2, if that helps.

It would appear that a restart did the trick. Not sure why that should have mattered though :-/
