Hello Hugo.

One doubt, when you duplicate the animation it comes out of the group that has been downloaded from “Mixamo”. Why keep the downloaded animation of “Mixamo”, that is, you can delete what has been downloaded or should you keep it?

You duplicate the animation to be able to edit it, which is what is interesting, what advantages does it have to stay with the downloaded one?

Yup you can delete it after duplicating, it’s no longer needed. There’s no specific reason to keep it unless you want to modify the import settings to fix something in the animation. So if it’s already working as intended yup you can safely delete the original .fbx
