Blender trying to plase all my pins on the same place

Ah yes I have seen this before. If I recall it is down to not making the new positions of the pins animated from the start. So the animation starts and looks up where it has been told the pins are, and that was at the one place they all came from!
So create and arrange your pins. Select them all and with the timeline marker on the start position, press āiā then loc, rot, sca.
