Great board and lighting!
But something put me off. At first, I thought it was the marble table.
But shadows are missing giving depth to the scene.
Turn on Eevee ambient inclusion. Increase memory reservation for the maps.
Activate shadow cast for the lamps in eevee.

Nice clean simple chess set and board. 
However the bishops seem to lack their notches?
A whole game video! As FedPete mentions it is a little artificial in appearance and he worked out it is probably the lack of shadows.
