Since new accounts don’t seem to get free credits anymore (testing on Mar 19 2023), you can get building textures using AI. I’m using Dall-E and my prompt was “flat orthographic 2-storey old apartment texture”. They are far from realistic but they should do the job.

Especially for that particular image.
Perhaps you could explain more on the how and where for those of us that have not used this Dall-E thing. As you would seem to know how!
