After attempting to create a new project, the "advanced" window does not show up

Also, there is no “repos” folder in my Documents.

I’m having the same issue as AlexInSpace.

Steps to produce -

  1. File, New, Project
  2. Visual C++, Windows Desktop
  3. Windows Desktop Application (the course material says Windows Console Application 32Bit, no option though)
  4. After renaming the “Name” and “Solution name” then hitting “Okay” it creates the project without prompting with a Wizard the additional Project Settings.
