Activating video captions

I am just starting the Unreal 5.0 C++ Developer course and at the Community & Support video, Lucy mentions that English captions can be enabled in the videos, she mentions a Youtube video showing how to do so in the resources tab, but the videos seems not to be there.

How can English captions be enabled?

It should be this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOyodYKSQ0I. Not sure why it isn’t listed in the resources.
