i didnt really understand how you knew that moving the canvas too 5,3 would make world unit line up perfectly with the safezone can you explain this

can you explain what are the differences between the scale property and the width/height property?

Two questions:

Why bother using the canvas in a single-screen 2D game rather than just making the UI part of the game screen / world? The camera alone will scale the game using a scale-matching-height, right?

And specifically, in a 2D game, what’s gained by using the canvas rendering in world space?
