This was immensely helpful. The video helped me reduce my Cycles render time from 1.5 minutes with extremely grainy/blotchy looking render to 55secs with a much cleaner output. However, the Eevee renderer looks just fine for my purposes and rendered at 1 second. If the goal is photo-quality renders, Cycles is the way to go. But if you don’t need that kind of quality and accuracy, I highly recommend getting comfortable with Eevee.
