Added are how my settings in Blender look and how it imports into Unity. ( I did the Empty parent thing also, it’s not in the screenshot, though, I did it after. DId not help. Also all origins are at 0,0,0). All rotations/scaling applied.
I selected Z as up and -X as forward in the .fbx. Subsequent exports with different axis selected (to different file names) don’t seem to correct the problem.
