I noticed utilizing the mirror image cut down my modeling time and frustration a lot, although i also noticed that manipulating geometry gets tricky when your extruding and rotating.
This model took me half the time to produce then the bishop and felt natural. I’m very satisfied with the look.
I have a few pictures with the knight without “Shade smooth” and with…I’m going to stick with the shade smooth to match the other pieces within the chess set.
