I drew this in the Video Game Concept Art course. I’m currently doing the Landscape section and this in particular is the six tone landscape. I went for something more foreboding than the rolling hills. I wanted this to have some sort of ominous feeling, like you’re entering the max-level area of a game, the last part of the hero’s journey. The Big Bad’s tower.

I especially like the standard in the top right; it really seems to tell a story all on its own =)
