Nope, not a pharmaceutical store, only some pillars that look like they have been through the grind:
These are only two views of four sides. I have cracks and dings in all sorts of places so that I can get maximum rotation.
I built the middle one based off of this picture:
It was wood and tall, mine is stone and small, but was the shape alone I wanted after all (mind the rhyme 
)
I created the sides using the upper and lower halves of the middle, mirroring them and then making the necessary adjustments.
