I have completed the upper arm. I duplicated the wheel and the lower arm piece. I also modified the lower arm piece so that the fancy bottom would be the same on the top. Like the bottom of this stem, which has a boolean, so I added one to the upper arm stem bottom.
The bone is set, and the lower arm has a greater constraint.
It is no longer a Victorian Tuning fork. Either an elaborate pen holder, a laser or welder piece for some robot, or some radio antenna. It could also be a Victorian robot’s leg or lamp, or some hearing aid.
