As a regular commuter using trains, I had to try a clock at a train station

It’s a cheap trick and easy to do. But it eats almost my GPU / Memory resources.

Here comes a clock (still work in progress, but it is getting close):

Working on light and some details…

We @BlenderCollab have a few days to vote. You can vote fast but also think slowly about design, colors, technique, difficulty, subject, realism, etc. Choose consciously and not on your entry.
The new subject week 6 “Taverns or Pubs” has already started. The winner of this week’s “Clock” challenge may select a subject for next week 7 and win a badge.

@Megane_Wang congratulations on your clock entry. The position of the camera and the overall composition is well chosen. And the sun shadow makes it more interesting.

  • Srl1 - Beautiful scene. Gives a painterly, surreal feeling. The composition can be improved. The emphasis is on the right side of the whole.
  • FedPete - It’s more of a timer than a clock. I had a lot of trouble giving it a use other than lying on a street. And the lighting could be better.
  • Kurt_Frary - A nice isometric scene. I think the texture of the fridge could be improved. The reflection is too distracting. The shadows could be a bit softer (lamp size).
  • gallmerci - The subject is well chosen and worked out with many details. By adding more light points (working with shadows) it becomes more exciting. - glowing clocks (emiting light), light cones, foggy.

Note: I don’t want to offend anyone. I try to write down positive ideas and visions in my simple use of the English language. I am also sometimes more inspired by a particular subject or solution. I’m also learning from you!

Thx for your feedback, I very much appreciate it. The idea was to make a lighthouse in the left box and remove the straight-view sight, but I got lazy in the end. All in all, it was a pleasure to participate.
