why the render got this grainy look, i looked through the video but i didnt catch where you can reduce it, or probably it is my computer?
How many samples have you used for rendering? You can try to reduce the grainy look by increasing samples, adjusting lights and specially light sizes. Also you can try to reduce fireflies (bright pixels) by setting the clamp (direct / indirect) values. Something to start with …

thank you Jax, i will pretend that I understood everything you said. but I am new to blender, I will start with the light size and continue from there
Heh, sorry.
Samples: Properties editor, render tab, sampling section, samples (render)
Light sizes: Properties editor, object data, lamp section, size
Clamp direct / indirect: Properties editor, render tab, sampling section, settings: clamp direct / clamp indirect. The value clamps brighter pixels than what the value is. So if there’s very bright pixels in your scene you can try to reduce them by setting the clamp value something else than zero. You can play with rather low values (0.001 - 0.3) so you can see the effect in preview. Difficult to explain, sorry. To high value can cause your reflections not to look correct.
Hope this clarifies at least where you can find the settings.
