Why Unreal's compile takes so much time?

This is really annoying when you want to see results asap and have to wait for 15-20 seconds, even if you make small changes
I have googled it and found that all depends if unreal is stored on HDD or SSD and other stuffs like that. But my system is on SSD and Unity on HDD, I have enough space and RAM and other settings, maybe there is some settings in Unity I can change?

Uhhh, I am afraid that there is no way to shorten the compile time, except for the trick shown by Mike in one of the lectures, I think it’s name was something like Long Compile times in the BullCowGame section?
