Can you check something for me, can you check a video where there were subtitles and see if they have gone too please.
The reason I ask is because Udemy are experiencing some issues at the moment with regards to content (I was aware of images), this is because they use Amazon AWS who seem to have significant wide spread issues at the moment. But this is effecting people differently depending where they are based.
So, can you let me know if subtitles have disappeared where they were before AND let me know which country you are based in. With this I might be able to determine if subtitles are also being effected by this issue.

@ToTaKo - One of the other issues which had been identified (missing images) earlier now appears to be resolved, at least for now, could I ask you to check the course again with regards to the subtitles and see if they have returned please.
But today, every video is working fine, i check all S01 videos and they are working fine today. I’m connecting from Spain.
This is great news, and I’m certain it was in relation to the larger scale issue with Amazon’s AWS S3 service, this is a service which Udemy appear to use for their content. Once Amazon had an issue it had a knock on effect to a lot of other countries.
