Why I can't move with local axis?

Hi, I can’t move with local axis although I used G - XX or G - YY or G - ZZ

This when I used G - X

And here when i used G - XX

Why is my local axis behave like this? Help please, thank you

Hi Elvacil,

It looks like your global and local axis are different for the object in question. G + X will move the selected face in global axis. If you want to align your global and local axis then select the object (Plane.001) and apply rotation (CTRL + A).

I think you have rotated the object in either in object or edit mode so you local axes became rotated.

Thank you Jax,
I still don’t know what’s wrong with mine. So, I delete the lower arm (plane.001) and make it again.
And it’s a success.
