Wedge and scaling question

This is the wedge I did. My question is if the scale on transform is a percentile of the original (very first one you did) or if is a percentile of the current model.

Ty for clarifying.

According to the blender manual, it says the following about what scale does in the transform panel:

The object’s relative scale along the local axis (e.g. the Scale X value represents the scale along the local X-axis). Each object (cube, sphere, etc.), when created, has a scale of one Blender unit in each local direction. To make the object bigger or smaller, you scale it in the desired axis.

Here is the link.

My take away from that is that it is based on the original scale of the model in relation to the original blender units. Though, hopefully someone else can comment and confirm this for you and me.

think of it this way… if you create a sale model of say an aircraft carrier (something on the order of 1:50) then each unit in blender represents 50 units on the real object. So if you create that same model but have it scaled to 2 then you are working at a scale of 1:25 but it will still print out on a 3D printer at 1:50
